Project Manager, Healthcare Management

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare diagnostics industry, is seeking a Project Manager I to join their team. As a Project Manager I, you will be part of the Implementation Support Department supporting client onboarding and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager I

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Pay Range: 35 to 40/ hr

• Coordinate and oversee the setup of new client accounts ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Lead and support onboarding activities, including scheduling and conducting training sessions for clients.
• Manage and supervise team members, providing guidance and escalation support as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Customer Support, IT, and Finance to maintain data integrity.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation workflows and processes for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Experience with project coordination or management, preferably in a healthcare or diagnostics environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  Salesforce CFM knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with a positive attitude and strong initiative.
