MG Properties has over 30 years of experience in the acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and management of apartment communities across the Western United States. MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for our property, Brix 325 Apartments, located in Santa Rosa, CA.

This position is responsible for building and training the on-site team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and handling all operational tasks to help the property thrive.

• Build and train the on-site team to deliver strong property performance.
• Oversee property marketing to attract and retain residents.
• Manage and monitor the property budget and financial performance.
• Perform all operational tasks required to optimize property operations and resident satisfaction.

• Must have recent experience managing a fast-paced apartment community.
• Supervisory/management experience is required.
• Strong team-building and leadership skills are required.
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgeting, and sales.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

• $71,000–$90,000 annually
