We're seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a multifamily property team in Santa Rosa. If you have strong general maintenance skills and enjoy creating safe, comfortable living spaces, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities

* Perform general maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas

* Troubleshoot and fix plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC issues

* Complete work orders efficiently and accurately

* Prepare units for move-in and ensure property standards are met

* Respond promptly to maintenance requests

Qualifications

* Previous apartment maintenance experience required

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand tools

* Strong problem-solving skills and reliability

* Own tools preferred
