Key Responsibilities- Perform in-depth legal research and prepare compelling pleadings, motions, and case documents.
- Manage all aspects of the discovery process, including drafting and responding to requests.
- Conduct and defend depositions with confidence and professionalism.
- Represent clients during court proceedings, hearings, and legal arguments.
- Contribute to litigation strategy, case planning, and settlement discussions.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with legal deadlines and procedures.
- Excellent legal research, analytical thinking, and persuasive writing skills.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑motivated professional with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Background or exposure to civil litigation; experience in trust or probate litigation is a plus but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated professionalism, adaptability, and a commitment to ongoing development.
