Location:

Madison, WI (relocation assistance provided). Position based at our campus in Madison, WI.

Support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Focus on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk (regulatory, competition, healthcare law, etc.). Assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.

Work on forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad. Responsibility level will increase rapidly with experience.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Eye for detail, a creative mind and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
