Job Title: Associate Account Manager

Department: Commercial Lines

Location: West Division

Performs routine responsibilities and serves as primary point of contact for clients under supervision, supporting coverage strategy and applying insurance principles to everyday situations.

• Perform daily service on assigned tasks by Producers and/or Account Executives following agency written procedures.
• Issue Proofs of Insurance (Certificate, Evidence, Auto ).
• Respond to client inquiries, incoming mail, and company request needs promptly.
• Request changes on behalf of clients.
• Review new/renewal policies and endorsements to ensure items were received as ordered.
• Process audits, cancellations, and other client-related documents.
• Maintain accuracy of client data in agency management system (EPIC).
• Document all activities in EPIC.
• Stay current with industry trends through educational seminars and classes for insurance/sales skills and license compliance.
• Complete other functions and assignments as assigned.

• Active Property & Casualty Producer License or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
• Computer skills:
  Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Mathematical skills: ability to calculate discounts, interest, premiums, commissions, proportions, percentages.

• EPIC experience.

• High School diploma required;
  Associate Degree or higher preferred.
• CPCU or special training course completion a plus.

The base compensation range for this position is $25,000 - $30,000. Placement within the range will be based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with on-site presence for collaboration, team leadership, and cross‑functional partnership.
