DeLoach Estate Manager of Hospitality

Position Summary

The DeLoach Estate Manager of Hospitality coordinates all aspects of the DeLoach Estate, including the Tasting Room, events, and overall property management as it relates to Hospitality. This role manages the Tasting Room, Guest House, Kitchen Memories, and Events teams while maintaining excellent customer service, consistent staffing, and maximum profitability. The manager also focuses on strategic partnerships, business development, and relationship management, particularly with Boisset sister and other neighboring properties.

As DeLoach is located on a larger estate, this role is responsible for working with internal team members and contractors to ensure the upkeep and preservation of the guest-facing areas. This role includes an opportunity for bonus outside of the stated range.
