Position Overview
Behavior Technician (Behavior Intervention Specialist) – part‑time. We provide entry‑level roles with paid RBT training and full coverage of certification costs.
Compensation- $21–$24 per hour, based on experience
- Pay increase after obtaining RBT certification
- Locations:
Santa Rosa, Sonoma, Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Windsor, Cloverdale - Job Type: Part‑time
- Schedule:
Monday–Sunday, 8 AM‑8:30 PM; preferred availability 2 PM‑8 PM - Work Setting:
In‑home or In‑clinic
- Deliver one‑on‑one behavior support through individualized activities
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect and record data on client progress accurately
- Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support
- Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions

- Experience with children or individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Preferred:
Current student or recent graduate in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Sociology, Biology, or related field - RBT certification is a plus (cost covered)
- Spanish‑speaking is a plus
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Reliability and readiness to work with a variety of clients
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding)
- TB test (within 90 days), MMR & Varicella immunization, and pre‑employment physical (within last year)
- Background check (FBI & DOJ)
