ResponsibilitiesThe Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide) is responsible for monitoring and communicating with clients, providing rehabilitation groups under supervision, supporting client ADLs if needed, and assisting in crisis intervention. This is a critical part of the team to ensure proper care for our clients which includes appropriate documentation per policies and procedures.
Schedule- Must be able to work weekend shifts.

- Minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience as applicable in a psychiatric setting.
- In the absence of two years of experience, training may be substituted. This training will be based on, but not limited to, the in-service plan for 52 hours.
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Crestwood’s Sonoma County Healing Center provides an alternative to traditional psychiatric care through collaboration, empowerment, a healing environment, peer providers, family partners, and a recovery-oriented milieu. Our PHF program provides the structure and support needed to promote stabilization and foster recovery. Our goals are to restore a sense of hope, self-empowerment and realize potential of recovery in each of our clients and to provide a transition plan to enable a successful return to their community.
