RN Manager - Case Management unit at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, CA. This position is Full-time and will work 8-hour Day Shifts.

Provides department direction and has daily operations oversight of the RN Case Managers in the Care Management Department. The Manager role models proactive, collaborative working relationships across all functions. Specifically works closely with the Care Management Leadership Team to promote and ensure effective and efficient patient care management across the healthcare continuum. Supervises caregiver activities to foster a teamwork environment in which caregivers are highly engaged and facilitates the growth and development of the department to meet the needs of our patients, community and region in response to the dynamic nature of the healthcare environment.
Oversees the collection, analysis, and reporting of quality data related to department services, quality improvement, and performance improvement. Plans, organizes, analyzes, develops and implements Departmental programs, services and strategies to ensure favorable operating results. Adheres to all Budgetary and Productivity goals/standards. Ensures the attainment of Department and Hospital goals, policies and procedures. Responsible for department recruitment, hiring, training, development and retention of caregivers.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree for Care Network:
Healthcare related field - Nursing Preferred. - Bachelor's degree for Case Management / UM Review :
Nursing or related field. - 2 years for Care Network: 2 years Case management experience.
- 1 year for Care Network: 1 year Leadership experience.
- 3 years for Case Management / UM Review : 3 years Case Management experience.
- 2 years for Case Management / UM Review : 2 years leadership experience.
- Master's degree for Care Network:
Master's Degree preferred. - Master's degree for Case Management / UM Review :
Nursing or related field. - Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Accredited Case Manager (ACM) upon hire
- For Case Management / UM Review :
Strong operations experience.
