Behavioral Technician; part-time

Overview

At Jumpstart ABA, we work with children with autism and other developmental disabilities to help them learn communication, social, and daily living skills. Our team is dedicated, supportive, and passionate about making a difference in children’s lives.

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
• Work in home and school settings with support from supervisors.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and track progress.
• Communicate with supervisors and families about each child’s progress.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings as needed.

• Experience working with children, preferably with disabilities or autism.
• Reliable and punctual, able to commit to part-time hours.
• Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic about helping children learn.
• Ability to follow structured plans and take direction from supervisors.

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Experience in ABA therapy is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Must be able to pass background checks and have reliable transportation.
