Job Title:

Branch/Clinical Manager

The Branch/Clinical Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of all financial and clinical operations for their branch. They establish, implement, and evaluate goals and objectives for home health services that meet quality standards and contribute to the organization's overall philosophy.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct branch operations to ensure the provision of adequate and appropriate care and services.
  • Manage the branch budget effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
  • Maintain current clinical information and practices among program personnel.
  • Evaluate clinical services and programs regularly.
  • Oversee personnel development, including orientation, in-service, and continuing education for clinical staff.
  • Develop and implement appropriate service policies.
  • Supervise personnel in their duties, including admissions, discharges, and patient services.
  • Ensure appropriate supervision during all operating hours.
  • Receive case referrals, assess home care needs, and assign clinicians accordingly.
  • Guide clinicians to improve performance and quality of home care services.
  • Assist clinicians in establishing therapeutic goals, setting priorities, and developing care plans.
  • Coordinate clinical care within the organization.
  • Lead case conference meetings to facilitate care coordination.
  • Ensure care complies with federal and state guidelines.
  • Manage quality of care through supervision and on-site evaluations.
  • Assist with complaint resolution, risk management, and procedural guidance.
  • Position

    Qualifications:
    • Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Registered Nurse in California.
    • Ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative staff.
    • 3-5 years of healthcare management experience, including at least 1 year in supervisory roles within home health or related programs.
    • Knowledge of business management, regulations, and standards.
    • Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and good driving record.
