The Client Advocate is aproactive and detail-orientedfront-line support associateprovidingessential support to a pool of financial advisorsand tax preparers. You willbe responsible forassistingwith client-facing issues, preparing materials for client meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks. This role is pivotal in enhancing the client experience by resolving complexfinancialmatters and helping todeliversuperiorclientservice.

• Advisor/Tax Preparer Support:Assist financial advisorsand tax professionalsby preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings. Ensurethatall relevant documentation is ready and accurate.
• Client Interaction:Serve as a key contact for clients, helping to resolve their inquiries and ensuringa high levelof service, especially when dealing with complex financial products or service issues.
• Issue Resolution:Act as a problem-solver, working closely with business partners to address and resolve client concerns related to financial services, account maintenance, and other matters.
• Task Management:Stay up to date on firm procedures, making sure key tasks are scheduled, tracked, and followed up on, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Planning Support:Aid in the preparation of financial plans, tax documents and other related items as neededby gathering data, preparing materials, and ensuring all information isaccurateand up to date for client sessions.
• Compliance and Procedures:Ensure that all actionsalignwith internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
• Administrative Duties:Handle day-to-day operational tasks such as scheduling meetings, answering client calls, andmaintainingorganized records.

• A bachelor’sdegree in finance, business, or related field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in adeadline-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical aptitudetofacilitatedaily workand ability to learnrequired software applicationsquickly.
• Series 65 certification is a plus.
