Call Expectations:
Onsite during weekday hours (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM) After-hours/weekend call backs average 3-5 per week Estimated 7-10 call days per month Clinical Details:
Full-spectrum urology with both clinic and procedural responsibilities Strong emphasis on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction Clinic located directly across from the hospital for seamless care coordination Balanced mix of elective and consultative urologic care Permanent opportunity within a stable, well-supported urology program
Skills Required:
General Urology (Adult) Laparoscopic surgeries Percutaneous nephrolithotomy Ureteroscopy Radical prostatectomy Nephrectomy Prostatectomy Pelvic node dissection Adrenalectomy Renal & bladder ultrasound (with biopsy) TRUS biopsies Incontinence procedures Penile prosthesis Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (within 3 years) Active California license or willingness to obtain ACLS and BLS certifications Demonstrated interest or experience in female urology / pelvic floor reconstruction Clean malpractice and background history No APP supervision required No resident or teaching duties Compensation & Benefits:
