Compensation and Benefits
  • 2-year income guarantee with shareholder track
  • 1.0 FTE guarantee ($331,620) = 6.5 /24 hr. shifts
  • Additional productivity pay

  • Part-time work is available / base pay is prorated per clinical FTE
  • Ability to also work at tertiary care hospitalist program at SMCS
  • Sign-on bonus up to $20,000
  • Relocation assistance of up to $20,000
