Providence is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our Montgomery Clinic Primary Care team in Santa Rosa, California. Join a highly supported team where each physician is paired with a dedicated medical assistant. • Optimal requirement of 1 year of experience beyond residency training
• Must be Board Certified
• Outpatient care only
• Minimum call requirements backed by well supported nurse advice line (3 weeks as primary, 3 weeks as back-up) per year
• Team-based care model
