As the Center Medical Director, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality medical care to our patients and leading a team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and oversight to the medical team at our Santa Rosa center
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the medical staff
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
- Serve as a mentor and educator to medical staff and students
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school
- Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of California
- Board certification in a primary care specialty
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to providing quality patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies
