What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Take ownership of an assigned caseload from the investigation of the claim through resolution
  • Make decisions and authorize work orders up to a specified limit
  • Gather, review, research, and document pertinent information related to claims and work orders
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and voicemails from customers and contractors in a timely manner
  • Provide homeowners with all relevant information pertaining to contracts, claims, or work orders
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a contact center environment
  • Strong understanding of home warranty policies and technical expertise with systems and appliances
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage difficult situations and customers effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and company operating systems
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs
