Assistant Superintendent

I’m representing a growing Bay Area General Contractor with a strong project pipeline that is looking to add an Assistant Superintendent to their team for a ground-up K-12 project in Santa Rosa.

What They’re Looking For:

• 3–7+ years of construction experience
• Ground‑up commercial or multifamily project experience
• Experience supporting projects ideally $20M+
• Strong coordination and communication skills with trades
• Proactive, organized, and ready to take ownership in the field
• Passion for growing into a lead Superintendent role

K‑12 or public project experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation ranges from $110,000–$150,000 depending on experience, along with a strong benefits package and long‑term career trajectory.
