As a Project Manager at the client, you will oversee roofing projects from inception to completion. Your role will include managing project timelines, budgets, client communications, and coordinating between our skilled roofing team and clients. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational skills and a passion for ensuring that every project runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee roofing projects to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Collaborate with roofing crews and other staff to ensure quality and safety standards are adhered to on‑site.
• Manage project schedules, materials, and labor resources effectively.
• Handle any issues or challenges that arise during the project and resolve them promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide regular updates to clients and company leadership on project status.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in roofing, construction, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and Google Workspace / G Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and solve problems quickly.
