Salary $105,000 - $120,000 per year

Originate SBA 7(a) and 504 loans by developing new business relationships with small business owners, brokers, CPAs, attorneys, and referral partners.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through application, working closely with SBA underwriting and operations teams.

Structure SBA loan opportunities in compliance with SBA and bank credit guidelines.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline while meeting or exceeding annual production goals.
