As our Automotive Service Advisor - Auto Service Writer, your work schedule will keep you moving and grooving Monday through Friday, between 7:45 AM and 5:00 PM. You will welcome customers with a burst of positivity and skillfully assess their vehicle needs. You will provide transparent cost estimates and service recommendations to set expectations for top-notch service. You will coordinate with technicians and swiftly order parts to maintain a seamless customer experience.

You will use your phone skills to handle inquiries professionally, leaving customers confident and ready to hit the road.
