Southern Holiday Homes is a premier luxury vacation rental management company representing over 100 exceptional homes along 30A. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven, organized, and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Development Coordinator.
This is an entry-level opportunity with significant growth potential. No prior experience is required — we are looking for someone hungry, coachable, and ready to help us expand our portfolio.

Position OverviewThe Business Development Coordinator will support company growth by identifying and reaching out to prospective homeowners, initiating conversations, and qualifying new opportunities. You will assist the Business Development Manager while also actively scouting and generating new leads. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is comfortable initiating conversations, and thrives in a goal-oriented environment. We will train the right person — attitude and drive matter more than experience.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and research potential new homeowner clients
- Proactively reach out to prospective leads via phone, email, and networking
- Conduct introductory conversations and gather property information
- Qualify opportunities and document details accurately
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development Manager
- Track outreach efforts and maintain organized CRM records
- Assist with onboarding communication and follow-up
- Represent Southern Holiday Homes with professionalism and confidence
