Escapes - Property Care Specialist

30A's Top Boutique Rental Management company specializes in providing our owners and high-end clientele with the best customer service possible. It's time for us to add another professional to the "Escapes Family."

The company seeks a team member focused on ensuring property cleanliness and maintenance, serving as liaison between Owners, Guests and the Management Company. This role provides friendly, courteous service and timely follow-up; acts as the first point of contact for issues, requests, and questions related to properties.

• Field issues and requests for owners and guests.
• Maintain condition and damage control for homes/units.
• Office work such as answering phones, typing, filing, emailing.
• Meet guests at check-in, discuss property details, and assist with questions or concerns.
• Check on cleanliness of homes/units.
• Handle guest inquiries promptly in a manner beneficial to all involved.
• Work directly with Maintenance and Housekeeping employees/contractors.
• Complete daily paperwork.
• Assist in the warehouse with sorting, packing, and distributing vacation rental laundry and linen to housekeeping teams as needed.
• Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Observe safety and security procedures; report potentially unsafe conditions; use equipment and materials properly.
• Assist with daily cleaning of office spaces, warehouse, and common areas as needed.
• Deliver and pickup items as needed to different locations.
• Take and remove trash cans at properties as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.

Pay starting at $21/hr

• Paid leave after 90 days
