Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role located in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting maintenance issues, handling equipment repairs, and performing scheduled preventative maintenance. This role plays a key part in ensuring that all properties remain in excellent condition for optimal guest satisfaction.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance practices
- Strong expertise in Troubleshooting and identifying maintenance-related issues
- Capability to perform Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Competency in using maintenance tools and equipment
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
