Learn how to make pizzas and lead a team to success. Domino's Pizza is hiring assistant managers. It’s a tough job that requires judgment, math, and the ability to multitask.

You are expected to lead during your shift, manage cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations, and model company policy and procedures 100% of the time. You will also be involved in staffing, paperwork, scheduling, food management, store cleanliness, and attaining a consistent image and standards. You may have opportunities for advancement within the organization.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility on a daily basis.

Orientation and on-the-job training are provided.

• Ability to comprehend and convey written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (calculator as needed).
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination for precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

• Varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• In-store temperatures range from 36 to 90+ degrees

• Sudden temperature changes in work areas and outdoors.
• Fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler; hot oven surfaces up to 500+ degrees.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Delivery activity may involve driving in varying conditions.

• Standing for most tasks; walking, kneeling, reaching, and manual dexterity required.
• Carrying and lifting up to 50 pounds; occasional climbing and stairs; bending and stooping as needed during duties.
• Reaching above 72 inches and handling equipment and ingredients.
• Driving required for deliveries with a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
