This is a full-time, on-site role for a Member Service Representative based in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. The Member Service Representative will be responsible for assisting members with financial transactions, providing exceptional member service, and addressing inquiries regarding account information and services. The role involves performing daily clerical functions, offering financial product recommendations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory guidelines and credit union policies.
Qualifications- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to effectively interact with members and resolve inquiries
- Member Service experience, with a focus on delivering high-quality member engagement
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including the ability to use software applications and systems for financial transactions
- Knowledge or experience in Finance, including understanding financial services and member account procedures
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or business is a plus
- Prior experience in a credit union, banking, or financial institution environment is advantageous
