Experience:
Car Wash Manager – Join Bliss Car Wash as a seasoned manager responsible for day‑to‑day operations, guest service, and staff leadership. This role requires passion for customer service, strong operational oversight, and commitment to safety and compliance.

• Manage site team and maintain a clean, efficient operation.
• Conduct scheduling, time‑card review, and performance management.
• Train staff on product knowledge, membership programs, and guest service excellence.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and operational readiness during business hours.
• Lead membership sales initiatives and training on upselling.
• Assist with monthly OSHA training, inventory ordering, and consumable inventory.
• Perform site cleaning (tunnel equipment, floor, walls, pit, vacuum area, walkways, queuing area).
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff.
• Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to cover all operational needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must have car wash management experience.
• High level of guest service and adaptability to high‑volume operations.
• Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work varied hours, nights, and weekends as business dictates.

Reports to the District Manager/Operations Manager. The company reserves the right to amend responsibilities and duties as necessary.
