• Team up with BCBAs and BAAs to bring each client’s custom treatment plan to life.
• Be open to feedback and grow your skills.
• Collect data like a behavior detective and tweak strategies as needed.
• Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills – plenty of encouragement along the way.
• Support and cheer on parents and caregivers.

• A high school diploma (bonus points for a bachelor’s).
• Already an RBT? Great! Not yet? No worries – we’ll help you get there.
• Completed a 40‑hour training and have 1+ year experience? We’ll fast‑track you through the process.
• Great communication skills and a team‑player vibe.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.

• $22–$25 per hour.
• Travel and mileage paid.
