Senior Accountant

Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year

• Prepare/post journal entries and analyze reconciliations
• Support month-end close, intercompany entries, and eliminations
• Maintain lease accounting in compliance with ASC 842
• Assist with fixed assets and depreciation schedules
• Conduct freight expense and SG&A analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Contribute to SEC filing support and audit prep
• Reconcile liability, bank, and unvouchered accounts
• Deliver ad hoc financial reporting and senior-level insights

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of SEC reporting in a public company
• At least 5 years in similar accounting roles
• Proficiency with GAAP and internal controls
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft D365, Produce Pro, or ERP systems
• Lease accounting and fixed asset management
• Audit or international accounting experience a plus
