Location: Santa Monica, CA (must reside within 20 minutes)
Compensation: $30 $ 45 per class + 20% commission on all membership sales

Monday Thursday: 3:45 PM 7:45 PM

Friday: 4:00 PM 6:00 PM

Saturdays (12/month): 6:45 AM 10:45 AM

Coach Signature BFT Workouts:
Deliver top-tier, science-driven classes that challenge, engage, and excite clients of all fitness levels.

Drive Membership Sales:
Manage first impressions, follow up on leads, and confidently convert prospects into loyal members.

Foster a Strong Community:
Create a motivating and inclusive atmosphere that keeps members coming back.

Lead by Example:
Collaborate with the team to elevate the member experience and maintain a smooth, high-energy studio environment.

Be the Brand:
Represent BFT with enthusiasm, professionalism, and consistency in every interaction.

Certified & Credentialed: NASM, ACE, ISSA, or similar current certification required.

Experienced Group Coach:
Proven success leading group fitness sessions with diverse skill levels.

Sales-Oriented:
Comfortable guiding prospects and closing memberships with integrity and confidence.

Natural Leader: A coach who motivates, mentors, and inspires both members and teammates.
