equipos equinox is looking for front desk manager on duty to join the equinox team at its santa monica location.

• provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
• coach and lead a team
• assist front desk manager in hiring, training and supervising staff
• professionally greet members and guests
• scan membership ’s
• answer phones
• update members’ accounts
• maintain an orderly lobby area
• availability to work flexible hours including opening shifts and weekends

• previous experience in customer service
• reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly
• interested in health, fitness, and/or sports
