Equinox is a high‑growth lifestyle brand that values high performance living, team approach, and dedicated member experience. We are seeking an energetic, creative and enthusiastic leader to join the team for our new Santa Monica East location.

• Supervise group fitness staff and program operations to ensure the highest level of programming and customer service.
• Assist the club in achieving its overall goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, direct, coach and evaluate group fitness instructors and classes.
• Maintain group fitness studios and ensure a high level of member participation in the program.
• Maintain monthly payroll and supply expenses at or below budget.

• Current CPR and national group fitness certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a group fitness instructor (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in a current group fitness manager position.
• In good standing with no RODs in the last 6 months.
• Enthusiastic and friendly leader capable of recruiting, hiring, directing and training staff.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, time management, organizational and follow‑up skills.
• Management experience required.

Pay range: $64,000–$70,000 annually (exact compensation varies based on skills and experience).
