Salary Range: $31.00 To $32.01 Hourly

Job duties include, but not limited to:

• Patrol and maintain general security of assigned property.
• Respond to reasonable business related customer service requests, which are non-security related.
• Respond to security related complaints and ensure proper documentation is completed as required.
• Responsible for monitoring and enforcing COVID-19 protocols.
• Maintain and submit Daily Activity Reports, Incident Reports, Accident Reports, Hazard Reports, and Condition Reports.
• Reports must be legible, and routed to Supervisor for distribution.
• Maintain consistent performance, attendance, uniform appearance, and professional grooming.
• Maintain professional communication with guest, employee and patrons.
• Respond to emergency calls including medical, fire and damage to property.
• Use radio to communicate with supervisor or other officers.
• Remain alert and vigilant while on duty.
• Assist other officers in a team oriented environment.
• Ability to read, write, understand and execute written orders, policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Stand in one location for extended period of and patrol on foot as required.
• Ability to respond to emergency or critical incidents and notify proper authorities as needed.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, outstanding customer service skills, and take initiative in completing assigned tasks.
• Ability to multi-task & maintain poise amidst a fast paced and demanding environment.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate (verbal and written) in English with guests, co-workers, and management.
• Minimum of three years security related background, in a high end establishment.
• Experience in Luxury Hospitality highly preferred.
• REQUIRED

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Demonstrate exceptional results in a client-service role; professional and positive communication style.
• Must be discreet and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Outstanding personal character, integrity, and professional demeanor.

• Possess and maintain a valid State Guard Registration (guard card).
