** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations when appropriate.

+ Help to deter unauthorized activity by conducting regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence.

+ Document and report any security-related incidents or suspicious activity according to site protocols.

+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, and verifying the credentials of individuals entering the location.

+ Support Allied Universal operations by following all company and site-specific guidelines and maintaining clear communication with supervisors and team members.

+ Offer guidance and assistance to visitors and tenants as needed, helping to promote a secure and welcoming environment.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+

Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
