As a Security Officer – Commercial Real Estate Screener in Santa Monica, CA
, you will serve and safeguard clients across a range of industries such as commercial real estate. In this role you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to deter security‑related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Your integrity and commitment to people‑first service will make a real difference every day.

• Provide customer service by executing security procedures and site policies, and respond to emergencies.
• Screen individuals entering the location, following protocols to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents calmly and effectively, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Monitor entry and exit points to prevent prohibited items or unauthorized individuals from entering.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and unusual activities as required.
• Communicate professionally with visitors, tenants, and staff to provide assistance.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure environment.

• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Selection based on criminal history will comply with applicable laws.
• Subject to drug screening as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements (if applicable) may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required only for driving positions.
