The Role - Scale consistent sales performance across the organization. Success is measured by team performance. Candidates must have a successful track record of hiring, onboarding, training, and managing high-performing sales professionals.

• Performance Management – Can set expectations and hold sales professionals accountable
• Coaching – Can deliver effective 1:1 coaching, including onboarding
• Talent Judgment – Knows how to assess sales talent and make sound people decisions
• Sales Training – Knows how to design and facilitate formal sales training virtually and in person.
• Exceptional communication skills coupled with high Emotional Intelligence
• Data-Informed Decision Making – Comfortable using financial and performance data to guide decisions. (Rare find of being good at sales and math.)

• Improved baseline performance through coaching and skill development
