We have facilitated more than 1,000 installations across Southern California and serve over 800 imaging centers and medical facilities nationwide. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing top-tier imaging solutions to healthcare professionals.
Role OverviewAs an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and growing relationships with our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring that their needs are met, while driving sales and identifying opportunities for product upsell. If you have a background in medical imaging or healthcare, this is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in a rewarding, client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term, trusted relationships with key accounts. Understand client needs and serve as the go-to resource for product recommendations, training, and support.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop tailored account strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring a seamless customer experience while driving growth.
- Consultative Sales: Use your deep understanding of medical imaging products and supplies to assess customer needs and provide expert guidance on product selection, including contrast media, medical imaging equipment, and related supplies.
- Order Management & Fulfillment: Oversee the order process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, resolving any order issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Utilize insights to inform strategy and offer value-added solutions to customers.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with our sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure smooth client communication, order fulfillment, and service delivery.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Track and manage sales activities, client interactions, and account performance in Salesforce or other CRM platforms. Provide management with regular updates on account status and sales forecasts.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in account management or sales, preferably within the medical imaging, healthcare, or medical supply industries.
- Medical Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with medical imaging products, medical supplies, or healthcare settings is a plus.
- Communication
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively present solutions to clients. - Negotiation & Problem-Solving: Strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer needs, delivering solutions, and resolving challenges.
- CRM & Software Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce, Net Suite, or other CRM systems. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
- Organized & Self-Sufficient: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts and projects with minimal supervision.

- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
