Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in:
Sales operations, Field enablement, Project management, Marketing operations (CPG / beverage strongly preferred). - Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in complex matrixed environments.
- Strong business acumen with understanding of:
Sales execution drivers, Trade marketing dynamics, Field operating models. - Advanced skills in:
PowerPoint (executive-level storytelling), Excel / Google Sheets, Reporting & performance dashboards - Demonstrated ability to:
Simplify complexity, Influence without authority, Drive clarity in fast-moving environments - Comfort operating at both:
Strategic altitude, Tactical execution level - Bachelor s degree preferred
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- Travel 20-30%
- Permanent
