The Role
As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you’re the welcoming face of the studio and the friendly guide behind every great guest experience. You’ll help clients check in, learn about the benefits of infrared therapy, fall in love with their self‑care routine, and leave feeling their absolute best — every time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sell and educate guests on wellness products and services.
• Greet guests warmly, even first‑time visitors.
• Educate on benefits of infrared sauna, red light therapy, chromotherapy.
• Book sessions, process transactions, and manage scheduling.
• Recommend memberships and packages aligning with guest wellness goals.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and staging.
• Collaborate with team to hit goals.
• Oversee clean‑up and turnover of individual sauna rooms.
• Organize towel supply area.
• Participate in comprehensive training.

Studio Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 6:30 am – 9:15 pm
• Friday: 6:30 am – 7:15 pm
• Saturday & Sunday: 7:30 am – 6:15 pm
