If so, Related Companies is seeking a dynamic, charismatic, and passionate Leasing Consultant to join our team. This opportunity is located at our new development, 700 Broadway, in Santa Monica, at the intersection of Lincoln Boulevard and Broadway.
700 Broadway is a transformative mixed-use development featuring 280 rental apartments (30% reserved for low-income and middle-income households), a 30,000 square foot park, approximately 34,000 square feet of community-serving retail, and a 53,500 square foot Vons urban market.
- Expert matchmaking:
Skillfully pairing clients with the perfect luxury property based on their desires and lifestyle. - Impeccable service:
Delivering white-glove service that exceeds expectations from inquiry to move-in day and beyond. - Personalized consultation:
Conducting in-depth consultations to understand potential residents’ needs and requirements. - Property showcase:
Presenting properties through virtual tours, on-site visits, and other engaging methods. - Negotiation skills:
Guiding lease terms and working with property leadership to secure favorable terms for clients.
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $71,000 per year
- Plus a robust commission structure
- Plus an annual bonus tied to performance
- Passion for luxury leasing:
Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or sales. - Prior lease-up experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Exceptional communication:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with ease. - Problem-solving:
Strong ability to think on your feet and craft creative solutions to exceed client expectations. - Detail-oriented:
Keen attention to detail to ensure an impeccable resident experience. - Market savviness:
Solid understanding of the luxury real estate market and trends in luxury leasing. - Tech proficiency:
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, calendar management, internal applicant databases (Yardi), and social media. - Team readiness:
Ability to execute a variety of tasks with hard work, grit, and perseverance. - Flexible scheduling:
Available to work non-traditional hours, including one weekend day per week.
