We enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is in stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor in our smallest format stores. Team Members provide exceptional guest service and support cashiering, stocking, presentation, and price accuracy, while helping guests and anticipating their needs.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist them with their needs in a welcoming way.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and communicate about tools, products, and services available in the total store and in your area.
• Help guests with workload while minimizing disruption and ensure the sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock.
• Assist with truck unloads and stock product to the sales floor; update displays and merchandise as needed.
• Conduct price changes, ensure signing is accurate for all departments, and complete scans and system audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support major transitions and maintain store cleanliness, including restrooms, carts, and spill cleanup as needed.
• Accurately execute fills (floor, backstock, and guest requests) and organize reserve product from all departments.
• Process inbound deliveries using the receive application and complete backroom daily and weekly audits.
• If certified, operate powered equipment to move merchandise on the sales floor and in the backroom; maintain backroom organization and location accuracy.
• Follow processes with attention to detail, monitor progress, and prioritize tasks; demonstrate safety, ethics, and compliance at all times.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while complying with applicable laws.
• Perform all other duties based on business needs.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes; stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated reliability with flexible attendance and ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally; climb ladders as needed.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments such as Drive-Up or carryout; stay mobile during shift.
