Shift Manager

McDonald’s seeks a Shift Manager to lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. The Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, enforcing McDonald’s standards, ensuring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth hand‑over. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting shift targets and helping departments meet goals.

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
