Location: Santa Monica, CA — Hybrid Office Schedule

Reports To: Senior Manager of Quality

In this role you will:

Product Inspection
  • Ensure that products meet the company’s standards and specifications.
  • Inspect incoming bulk and finished goods to ensure they comply. Enter inspection results into electronic forms.
  • Maintain electronic tracker with all related data.
  • Perform release of bulk and finished goods. Communicate status with internal and external stakeholders.
COA Review and Management
  • Review Contract Manufacturers (CM) Certificate of Analysis (COA) to ensure each lot meets established specifications and certifications.
  • Where necessary, follow up with CM to correct COAs.
  • Electronically file COAs.
  • Provide COAs to Internal and External entities when needed.
Other Duties
  • Deviation/Waiver tracking
  • Assist with developing and maintaining a product retention program
  • Investigations & CAPA
  • Provide support and participate in resolving customer inquiry/complaints.
  • KPI data collection and reporting
  • Ensure process is maintained for control of documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience
  • A minimum of 2‑3 years’ experience in Quality in a federally regulated field.
  • Scientific or technical discipline to perform data collection, extraction, and analysis.
Education
  • Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
Skills
  • Very detail‑oriented.
  • Proficient in digital quality tracking and reporting tools, including Microsoft office suite (including Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint).
  • Ability to work to deadlines, set priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Must take directions well and pay attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with various departments within the company.
  • Comfortable in both virtual and in‑person settings.
  • Ability to travel as required for quality‑related activities.
