Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age, frailty, and serious illness. Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and collaboration with patients, providers, and team members are essential.

Required Skills &

Certifications:

- ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS certifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working
- Clinical Assessment, Medication Administration, and Treatment Planning skills
- Minimum two years of hospital, home health, or hospice care experience
- Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Driver's license, car insurance, and automobile for field work

Special Considerations:

- On-call required
- Facility is able to call off once per two week pay period
- Elevated seasonal winter rates apply, rates will return to standard amounts effective 4/12
- Cancelling due to rate change after signature will result in a system DNR
- Acute Care Hospital, beachside location
- May be required to work at an elevated seasonal winter location

- 2-3 weeknights ) + 1-2 weekend  or ) calls per six week schedule
