RN Nurse Manager of our Labor and Delivery unit at Providence Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. This is a full‑time leadership position. Be a part of our distinguished team at our Magnet Designated hospital dedicated to excellence in patient care.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of best practice for quality delivery of care and patient safety in the Labor and Delivery unit. Experience as a knowledgeable resource to staff and the ability to lead and communicate appropriately with physicians, other department managers, and staff are essential.

Under general direction, and in accordance with the State of California Nurse Practice Act, and the goals, objectives and strategic plan of the organization, to provide leadership, plan, organize, and supervise personnel; to manage, report on, and provide resources for the Labor and Delivery unit; and to perform related work as required.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, from an accredited college or university
  • Upon hire:
    California Registered Nurse License
  • Upon hire:
    National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
  • 4 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an acute care hospital
  • Experience in Labor & Delivery nursing

Pay Range: $73.44 – $115.94. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
