We’re looking for someone who’s not just “into marketing,” but loves telling stories, spotting trends, and bringing beautiful ideas to life. Someone who can think strategically, stay organized, and make things happen fast - all while keeping an eye for aesthetic detail.

• Online Marketing & Content Creation:
  • Create beautiful, engaging content for social media - from Reels and Stories to posts that people actually stop scrolling for.
  • Manage multiple accounts with a consistent brand voice and visual style.
  • Write and send out fun, eye-catching newsletters that make our audience feel part of something special.
  • Use social media tools and retargeting strategies to grow engagement and attract new clients.
  • Keep up with what’s trending in the beauty world and adapt ideas quickly.
• In-Person Marketing & Community Building:
  • Visit local businesses and build genuine referral partnerships.
  • Hand out promotional materials that actually get noticed.
  • Be our brand ambassador in the community - the person people love talking to.
  • Find creative ways to connect with local audiences and build our B2B network.

• Have a strong eye for design and aesthetics.
• Are detail-oriented and organized - you keep things on track and make things look effortless.
• Move fast - you can capture, create, and post in real time when inspiration strikes.
• Love the beauty industry and always know what’s trending.
• Enjoy both creative work and genuine human connection.
• Can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.

• Experience with social media management tools, photo/video editing, or Canva.
• Comfort with photography, filming, or short-form video content.
• Prior experience in the beauty, fashion, or wellness industry is a plus but not required
