Director, Creator Marketing

The Director of Creator Marketing (Western Region) will be responsible for executing the creator marketing strategy by overseeing relationships with creators, managing daily operations of creator-led campaigns, and ensuring alignment with broader creator marketing objectives. This role will include managing CRM systems, executing campaigns, reporting on campaign performance, and hosting creators at strategic events to enhance engagement and drive successful outcomes.

The position will play a vital role in fostering brand trust and relevance by building authentic connections with creators and influencers, nurturing long-term partnerships founded on shared passions, and generating memorable experiences for fans and followers.

Additionally, this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns that adhere to global brand standards. The Director will closely coordinate with the National Director of Creator Marketing based in Santa Monica and report directly to the Regional Head of Media, while maintaining a dotted-line reporting relationship with the National Head of Creator Marketing (Santa Monica).
