Senior Account Manager

Summary

Safebox LLC is seeking a Senior Account Manager to support digital advertising initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role partners closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze and optimize campaign performance, strategically plan branded and performance video campaigns, and lead complex platform work streams.

• Analyze campaign performance data and guide KPI-driven measurement strategies
• Identify performance trends, optimize campaigns, and provide insights for upsell and pitch opportunities
• Lead projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Client Partners, and cross-functional teams throughout RFP and pitch processes
• Develop insight-driven digital campaigns delivering measurable ROI
• Collaborate on advertiser education, product updates, and best-practice materials
• Consult advertisers and agencies on campaign optimization and innovative media strategies
• Develop best-in-class case studies supporting a continuous test-and-learn agenda.

• 7+ years of total experience in digital advertising, account management, or performance marketing
• 5+ years of client-facing experience, working directly with advertisers or agencies
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with social and/or programmatic advertising platforms
• 3+ years of experience managing full-funnel campaigns (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Keynote, and Power Point
• Strong experience analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
• Deep understanding of advertising performance metrics
• Experience working in biddable auction-based advertising environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
• Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)
