Head of Design​/Creative Director

• Develop and implement the overall design and innovation strategy for Forge.
• Identify emerging trends and technologies to keep Forge ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align design and innovation initiatives with business goals.
• Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of designers, creative developers, and innovators.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages experimentation and growth.
  • Oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent within the design and innovation team.
• Oversee the design and execution of high-impact projects, ensuring the highest quality and adherence to timelines.
• Work closely with project managers to allocate resources effectively and manage project budgets.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.
• Present design concepts and strategies to clients, articulating the value and impact of Forge's work.
• Drive a culture of innovation through continuous research and exploration of new technologies and methodologies, especially in AI and codeless environments.
• Implement processes and tools that enhance creativity and streamline the design workflow.
• Brand Development:
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in Forge's brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to uphold the agency's visual and creative integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with Forge’s five business lines of services.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Innovation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a design leadership role, preferably within a creative agency or tech-driven environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex design projects.
• Strong understanding of the latest design tools, technologies, and methodologies, especially in AI and codeless environments.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Salary Range - 120k - 190k annual
